Before the original brewery closed, people who had traveled the world told us that Sieben´s was the best beer they found anywhere. Once you taste it, we think that you´ll agree. Sieben´s Real Lager Beer is the same beer that was made by Sieben´s Brewery Company until it closed in 1967. Sieben´s is an American Pilsner style, a full body, full flavored and well balanced beer which leaves a clean finish. Our beer is brewed in keeping with more traditional methods used in 1865, when the Sieben´s first started brewing in this country. The aging method is an all but forgotten craft in the brewing industry today. This method is a process that adds another flavor dimension not otherwise found in almost every beer available today. The end result is a satisfying beer which does not dull your taste sensation nor leave you with an empty taste. Our head brewer, Richard Sieben, great-grandson of founder Michael Sieben, has brewed our recipe for many gatherings. At these gatherings he has put our beer up against many other excellent beers, only to see the Sieben´s kegs empty first.
